The Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Tuscaloosa is located at 6400 New Watermelon Road, about 1 mile beyond the Lake Tuscaloosa Dam. The building is accessible to people of all ages, abilities, and mobilities.

We conduct services every Sunday at 10:30 am, and special services on other occasions. We also gather for a variety of social events.

During most Sunday mornings, children attend the service for the first 15 minutes and then leave for Children’s Religious Education. Adult Religious Education takes place after the service during Second Hour.

Our minister, Rev. Fred L Hammond, conducts the service three Sundays per month. Other services are lay-led and feature a variety of speakers: visiting ministers, persons from the community, lay persons from the Congregation, and others.
