Grace Presbyterian Church is hosting its 12th annual Empty Bowls fundraiser, a program designed to raise awareness about hunger in West Alabama. For a donation of $14, attendees will receive a cup of soup donated by local restaurants, bread, water, and a handcrafted bowl donated by local artists. This meager meal is meant to raise awareness of the “empty bowls” in our community, and to raise money for the church’s Loaves and Fishes Food Pantry.
