We’ve got the drill, bring a dish to share for the potluck lunch starting at noon. By 1:00 we’ll being our discussion, this time on Physical Activity and Exercise.

Hardly a week goes by that we don’t hear yet another benefit of exercise, from cardiovascular health to brain health, mood and memory, weight control, strength, balance, and coordination… You name it, exercise will make it better. So what’s your routine? Walking, yoga, pilates, tai chi, weights, dance? Or maybe it’s housework and yardwork; that counts too. Are there barriers to doing what you want to do? Let’s brainstorm and develop a plan.

Come get inspired by your UU women friends. Facilitator Beki Spurrier will loosen us up with a few chairside stretches.
